Also while i am on the server i will ensure that all the claims get taken by either myself or another member of staff, as i know how Annoying it is to be a new player on a server waiting for someone to take their claim, as it has happened to me as well on another server . Another reason why i think i should be picked for staff is because when taking a claim/admin sit i will ensure all sides of the story is heard thoroughly before i hand out the suitable  punishments. Another reason is because my goal is not to reach the highest Staff rank, its to ensure that i can and will help people out where ether needed. the last of the many more reasons is that i don't mind doing extra staff work whether that meaning being Staff on duty during an event, that way all claims can be taken.  Do you understand that if you are unsuitable as a staff member your rank may be removed: Yes i fully understand If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member: i would first remind the Trooper of what rank + he salutes to as he/she of might just forgot what to do. if he continues to not salute i would just remind him again until he remembers and i would not take any staff actions as this is a in-game related issue.  Anything else: Vortex-G REPLY
